- Plants are shipped bare root per your State's soil laws.
- We usually only ship live items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Never on a Sunday. Closed Holidays.
- Shipping losses and damage must be reported within two hours of delivery; with multiple pictures.

- All Carnivorous plants experience stress from shipping; from days of darkness. The plants may recover in 3-4 weeks under proper conditions.
